Job Description

  • Define hiring needs by regular communication with department heads and update manpower planning accordingly.
  • Implement and control the whole recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide a pool of resumes through the different recruitment channels, in order to build up and maintain a categorized and efficient database.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and communicate directly with assigned heads of departments to coordinate the technical selection process.
  • Issue employment offer letters according to the company’s salary structure and Coordinate to get approval to finalize the process and get the offer signed by the candidate.
  • Communicated with accepted candidates the company’s employee handbook, and facilitate the orientation program of new hires as requested.
  • Manage employee’s special events’ calendar, and send the appropriate cards.
  • Perform related assigned tasks that help in enhancing HR department performance and the company’s performance as well.
  • Submit quarterly reports to define the number of new hires and resignations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree In any relevant major.
  • Excellent Command of English
  • Excellent at Microsoft Office
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
