Job Description
- Define hiring needs by regular communication with department heads and update manpower planning accordingly.
- Implement and control the whole recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide a pool of resumes through the different recruitment channels, in order to build up and maintain a categorized and efficient database.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and communicate directly with assigned heads of departments to coordinate the technical selection process.
- Issue employment offer letters according to the company’s salary structure and Coordinate to get approval to finalize the process and get the offer signed by the candidate.
- Communicated with accepted candidates the company’s employee handbook, and facilitate the orientation program of new hires as requested.
- Manage employee’s special events’ calendar, and send the appropriate cards.
- Perform related assigned tasks that help in enhancing HR department performance and the company’s performance as well.
- Submit quarterly reports to define the number of new hires and resignations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree In any relevant major.
- Excellent Command of English
- Excellent at Microsoft Office
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
