Job Description
- Monitoring inventory balance and ensuring adequate quantities of materials or products are available.
- Reviewing withdrawal requests and receipt vouchers.
- Regularly recording withdrawal and receipt process in Excel and ERP systems.
- Daily monitoring of item cards for additions or deductions.
- Conducting periodic inventory counts and verifying consistency with records.
- Ensuring the quality of received materials or products and verifying compliance with specifications.
- Preparing periodic reports on inventory levels and expected usage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS-ERP).
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Very Good in English.
- Organizational skills.
- Communication and time management skills.
