Job Description
- Record inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, and transferring goods.
- Verify and document deliveries and receipts of goods from suppliers or internal transfers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or accounting system.
- Assist in monthly and periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and file supporting documents such as delivery notes, GRNs, and stock issue forms.
- Ensure proper tracking and tagging of inventory items.
- Report any stock variances, damages, or losses to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure stock accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or inventory-related roles.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control processes.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
