Accountant (Odoo & Excel Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in accounting, and strong hands-on expertise with Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should be a Accounting graduate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the full accounting cycle with speed and accuracy. Preference will be given to candidates based in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Use Odoo ERP system to execute and monitor all financial processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.
• Handle bank reconciliations, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
• Utilize Excel to build reports, dashboards, and perform advanced financial analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Ensure accurate and fast data entry for financial transactions.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and month/year-end closing.
• Assist with compliance, audits, and internal financial reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows and processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong expertise in Odoo ERP (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, analysis).
• Fast typing and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
