Job Description
The warehouses manager must be people oriented, good listener, with ability to solve complex situtations in a friendly and diplomatic way. The main respnasabilities are:
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure a high-performing and efficient team.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and annual audits.
- Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization through effective layout planning.
- Ensure all operations are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage relationships with all stackholders in a diplomatic and friendly way.
Job Requirements
● Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
● Proven track record in managing large-scale warehouse facilities and leading diverse teams.
● Excellent understanding of warehouse health, safety, and security procedures.
● Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field (preferable).
