Job Description
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Recruit Both Blue-collar and White-collar.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Analyze labor market trends to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and prioritize the company's staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-depth face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools that can enhance recruitment efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with various interview and assessment methods.
- Strategic thinker for developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience to recruit both Blue-collar and White-collar.
- Experience in developing strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
