Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with interior designers, real estate developers, corporate offices, and hospitality businesses.
- Analyze market trends to identify customer needs, potential markets, and growth opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns that drive showroom traffic and sales.
- Represent the showroom at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and networking.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activity and prepare reports for management to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure high-quality customer service and seamless client onboarding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the furniture, retail, or interior design sector.
- Strong network in the real estate, interior design, or commercial development sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
