Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, social media, and networking.
• Qualify leads based on client needs and company service offerings.
• Clearly communicate the value of the company’s services in a professional manner.
• Book and coordinate introductory meetings with qualified prospects.
• Fill out client handover forms to ensure smooth transition to the Account Manager or relevant team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities using CRM or internal tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on target industries and outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Meet assigned KPIs related to leads, meetings, and handovers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience in marketing, creative agencies, or service-based businesses.
