Job Description
• Scanning & Lead Generation – Identify potential real estate developers and
brokers who can benefit from Aqarmap' s solutions.
• Prospecting for Decision Makers – Research and connect with key decision-
makers to create new business opportunities.
• Approaching clients & Scheduling Meetings – Proactively reach out to potential
clients, introduce Aqarmap' s services, and book meetings.
• Meetings & Presentations – Conduct in-depth presentations and demos to
showcase how Aqarmap can help clients achieve their sales goals.
• Negotiate & Close Deals – Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize
contracts to secure new business.
• Onboarding – Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients before transitioning
them to the account management team.
Job Requirements
• Proven Sales Performer – 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in real
estate, digital platforms, or SaaS.
• New Business Hunter – Strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing
deals independently.
• Strong Communicator & Negotiator – Excellent ability to pitch, persuade, and
handle objections.
• Results-Driven & Self-Motivated – A go-getter with a track record of exceeding
sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
