Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
- Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process
- Processing payroll , which includes ensuring vacation and sick leaves are tracked in the system
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
- Maintain Employees files, documents & paperwork
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Experience in the field of real estate is a must
- Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, and conducting interviews.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Has a good database
- Has good knowledge about HR Functions
