Job Description

1. Employee Relations:
•            Act as a trusted advisor to factory management on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
•            Proactively address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
•            Forecast hiring needs and assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
2. HR Operations:
•            Oversee HR operations, including personnel administration, payroll processing, and benefits administration, in collaboration with HR shared services or central teams.
•            Ensure accuracy and timeliness in HR transactions and documentation.
•            Maintain, organize and update employee files and records.
3. HR Policy Implementation:
•            Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws within the factory.
•            Interpret and communicate HR policies and practices to employees and managers, providing guidance on compliance and best practices.

4.Training and Development:
•            Conduct and oversee employee onboarding to help them to adapt quickly.
•            Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices and ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
•            Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  Experience: At least 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
•  Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
•  Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex HR issues.
•  Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and build a positive work culture.
•  Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
