Job Description
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
Handle social insurance procedures, including employee registration, resignation, and clearance processes in compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and relevant legal regulations.
Accurately maintain employee records on the ERP system, ensuring data is current and properly documented.
Prepare and update employment contracts, HR letters, and internal memos as needed.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate with payroll and finance departments for HR-related data input.
Prepare periodic HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rate, etc.).
Assist in employee relations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Perform other administrative tasks and HR support duties as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR functions, especially recruitment, social insurance, and labor law.
Experience in using ERP HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
