Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, with a minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in recruitment, employee affairs, and payroll management. A diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.

Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent.

Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks.

Facilitate the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Employee Affairs:

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Payroll Management:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and overtime calculations.

Handle payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

Prepare payroll reports and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee affairs, and payroll.

A diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred.

Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
