Job Description
- Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
- Draft and distribute RFPs to potential vendors, outlining the specifications and requirements for products needed.
- Negotiate offers, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner.
- Process purchase orders to acquire goods.
- Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers for long-term partnership and potential cost savings.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in MEP or procurement field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Agile and flexible
- Business Applications: Oracle user is a plus.
