Job description

Dynamics Link is seeking a full-time Sales Manager with a strong background in the software sector. This role is perfect for an individual who has experience in sales, business development, and software solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and promoting our software products and services.

  • Planning framework with the purpose of achieving the best planning results.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software industry.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Tracked and reported on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in selling ERP software (MUST).
  • Knowledge of the business software market locally and internationally.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Advanced selling skills.
  • High interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and cooperation within and outside the sales department.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.
