Job Description

Al Fawzy Dental is hiring new CRM both genders for the Dokki branch & New Cairo Branch

  • Working hours:  Morning shift: 10 am to 5 pm / Night shift: 3 pm to 10 pm for females or 4 pm to 11 pm for males
  • Days off: Friday
  • Age: 25 - 35

Job Benefits:

Job role:

  • Patient Interaction: Greeting patients as they arrive at the dental office with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Managing the dental office schedule by scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Billing and Payments: Collecting and processing payments for dental services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Assisting with the completion of patient forms and paperwork.
  • Phone Management: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner. Taking and relaying messages to appropriate staff members.
  • Patient Intake: Welcoming new patients, collecting necessary information, and assisting with the completion of initial paperwork. Providing patients with necessary forms and ensuring they understand the office policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow. Communicating effectively with dental professionals regarding patient needs and schedules.
  • Patient Follow-Up: Following up with patients regarding appointment reminders and post-treatment care instructions. Seeking patient feedback and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing patient concerns or conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions. Collaborating with the dental team to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
  • Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Upholding the professional reputation of the dental practice.

Job Requirements

 Job requirements for this position:

  • Education and Training: Bachelor degree is typically required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, and other staff members.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for patients. Ability to handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and address concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and patient records. Maintaining an orderly and efficient front office.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills. Ability to use software for appointment scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Phone Etiquette: Professional phone etiquette when answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Managing the dental office's appointment calendar efficiently.
  • Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow.
