Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients seeking information about GROOVY Medical Spa’s services.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for spa, gym, and medical clinic services using the center’s booking system.
- Provide accurate information regarding treatments, promotions, pricing, and availability to ensure clients make informed decisions.
- Handle client concerns, complaints, or feedback with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with spa, gym, and medical staff to coordinate client services and ensure seamless experiences.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and promote additional services or packages.
- Assist in outbound calling campaigns for promotions, reminders, and client retention initiatives.
- Adhere to GROOVY Medical Spa’s confidentiality and privacy policies regarding client information.
- Stay updated on all services, products, and protocols to provide current and comprehensive information to clients.
Job Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or front desk role, preferably in a spa, gym, or medical clinic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems, appointment scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive, empathetic, and patient demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and adapt to changing schedules or client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently.
