Telesales Representative / Appointment Setter

Our clients in Australia are looking for experienced Telesales Representatives / Appointment Setters who are responsible for setting up appointments for their sales team.

Telesales Representatives / Appointment Setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are good at sales, this is the ideal position for you.

• 75 EGP NET PER HOUR (600 EGP NET A NIGHT)
• SALARIES PAID EVERY 2 WEEKS
• 6000 EGP NET EVERY 2 WEEKS
• 2AM TO 10.30AM (30 MINUTES BREAK)
• WORK FROM HOME POSITION
• PAID TRAINING PROVIDED
• 10% SALARY INCREASES EVERY YEAR

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities a Telesales Representative / Appointment Setter is expected to do:

• Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with their company
• Take the initiative to learn about their company and grow within the role
• Prioritise which appointments take priority over others to maximise revenue
• Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
• Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
• Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
