Job Description
Context for Human Resources Development is seeking an HR Specialist- Talent to join our dedicated HR team. In this position you will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition and talent management initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts
- Manage the candidate database and update recruitment records
- Support in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs
- Support in performance management initiatives, including tracking progress and providing feedback to employees
Job Requirements
● Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
● Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoft
● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
● Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
● Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Good problem-solving abilities
● Team management skills
● BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
