Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Assistant to manage personnel affairs and support the HR department’s operations. This role involves handling payroll, performance evaluations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, with a strong focus on leveraging HR technology and recruitment platforms.

  • Manage monthly payroll processing via the Odoo system, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for accountant review.
  • Handle salary advances and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and job descriptions.
  • Draft and process HR documents such as appointments, resignations, terminations, and leave requests.
  • Oversee performance evaluations, compile reports, and coordinate with department heads to address underperformance and reward top achievers.
  • Lead recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection, with expertise in LinkedIn and Wuzzuf.
  • Prepare annual reports on promotions, salary adjustments, and job placements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company HR procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits such as medical and social insurance.
  • Assist in planning HR programs, budget preparation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Submit weekly reports to the CEO with updates on completed tasks, pending issues, and proposed solutions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR and personnel affairs.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules.
  • Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition using LinkedIn and Wuzzuf.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
