Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll and Personnel Specialist, He will play a crucial role in managing the payroll and personnel functions within our organization. His expertise in taxes, labor law, and compliance will be essential in ensuring accurate payroll processing and adherence to legal requirements
Responsibilities:
•Process end-to-end payroll activities, including calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
•Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with local labor laws and regulations.
•Generate employment contracts and other necessary documentation.
•Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
•Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies, such as social insurance and income tax authorities.
•Assist in handling labor office inquiries, audits, and inspections.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in payroll administration, personnel management, or a similar role.
•Strong knowledge of taxes, labor law, and compliance regulations.
•Experience dealing with labor offices, tax authorities, and related government agencies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
