Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Admin cum Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to sales activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Sales Duties:
- Assist in generating leads and qualifying potential customers.
- Support the sales team with documentation and follow-up on sales inquiries.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
