Job Description
- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Place cold calls to a curated list of U.S. prospects, using prepared scripts and adapting as needed to engage prospects and uncover their needs.
- Service Presentation: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our digital marketing and advertising solutions, including Google AdWords campaigns and social media strategies.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects through active listening, effective questioning, and persuasive communication to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Negotiation & Closing: Employ outstanding negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into sales appointments or direct sign-ups, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately document call outcomes, prospect information, and sales activities in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date contact records and follow-up plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with our marketing and account teams to ensure seamless handoffs and campaign implementation for new clients.
