TSA are offering three different job opportunities -

This job posting is one of three different roles being offered within our marketing and customer care team which are:
- Online Marketing Research Assistant – For those who enjoy analysing markets, drafting briefs, and shaping strategic direction. Targeting at someone who is more of a "bookworm" or research-oriented.
- Online Content Marketing Assistant – For those passionate about content creation, graphic design, and storytelling. Targeting at someone with a more creative, graphic-oriented personality.
- Online Sales & Customer Care Process Analyst – For those interested in client interaction, CRM workflows, and sales optimisation. Targeting at someone more process-oriented and detail-driven.
- Each role is designed to suit a different talent, skill sets, and career goals. So, we encourage you to read through each description and apply for the one role that really sparks your interest and aligns with where you see yourself heading.

01. What We Are Offering
If you have an interest in sales, customer care and how to maintain future relationships with clients with the engagement of new potential clients and would like to build up your skills with the chance of working with a leading UK measurement company on exciting and creative marketing and sales idea , what we are offering might be for you.
Our proposal works like this. You will get 3-5 days of training that we provide and offer it as a FREE training on the general principles of marketing. A few of those who complete the training will be offered a place in 1-2 months internship program in which we will talk about the theory of marketing in relation to TSA. Those who excel in the internship program will be offered a part-time or full-time job, which will be negotiated and agreed on with the directors.
TSA are conducting a complete review of their existing marketing strategies, uptaking and expanding their plans and materials to improve the business performance. We are looking for some students who would like to gain some work experience to assist us in this work.
A few words of warning:
- TSA Ltd is a specialist in Measurement and Production of Bills of Quantities. An established, but forward-thinking UK consultancy business.
- The range of opportunities and tasks is wide-ranging, so students should make us aware of what their particular interests and skills are.
- We are not looking for students/fresh graduates with any particular experience in an area, rather that they have an interest and some more general skills in marketing and process design. TSA’s team can assist candidates in learning what is required. The rates offered reflect the fact that you can be assisting us for the purpose of gaining some experience.

02. The Work of a Sales & Customer Care Process Analyst
At TSA, interns will gain hands-on experience with:
- Process Innovation: Map, model, and enhance our Sales and Customer Care processes, including developing key policies and operating systems.
- Customer Journey Design: Profile and model the buyer experience to elevate service levels by creating advanced communication strategies that understand customer needs, drive sales, and build value.
- AI-Powered Solutions: Develop Agentic AI processes to revolutionise customer experience, streamline information flow, and minimise risks.
- Process Design & Optimisation: Mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and improving efficiency.
- Staying Ahead: Keeping up with the latest trends in AI, technology, and modern marketing and sales approaches.
- Uncovering Insights: Utilising your research and information extraction skills to provide valuable insights.
- Helping Shape Processes: Contributing to the understanding and design of effective marketing and sales processes.
03. The Training that TSA Provides
TSA would provide a review of:
- A detailed description of TSA sales and customer processes, including:
a) Services, marketing, CRM, data, sales funnel, estimating, quoting, adjudication, service agreements, sales initiatives, credit checks, sales
b) Data flow, customer support, variations and issues, completion of projects, handover, customer feedback, sales invoicing, credit control, performance analysis.
TSA's training program is tailored to equip interns with:
- Structured learning modules with a mix of fixed and flexible schedules.
- Hands-on mentorship for the accepted interns from industry experts.
- Assessment and feedback mechanisms to track the progress of accepted interns after they complete the free training.
- Introduction to AI trends in sales for the QS industry and AI-assisted tools.

05. Payment Terms
The program follows a structured grading system to assess and reward performance:
- Free Training: 3-5 days of training are free for all applicants who are selected to take the training. Participation in the training does not guarantee an internship.
- Internship Pay:
- 1-2 months on internship with a rate of $3.00/hour upon selection for the internship.
- No stipend or compensation is provided for participation in the free training phase.
- Part/Full-time Employment: Interns who perform well may receive offers for permanent positions at TSA for which the rate will be negotiated and agreed on with the directors.
Internship Requirements
06. Essential Skills (Based on Selection Criteria)
Candidates should demonstrate the following abilities:
- Proficiency in English
- Interest in subject area (with some evidence)
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Self-learner, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to ask thoughtful questions when needed.
- Analytical thinking (ability to review processes and spot inefficiencies)
- Customer service mindset (empathy, problem-solving)
- Willingness to learn sales/marketing principles
- Basic data analysis (tracking KPIs, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to draft professional emails and sales collateral
Useful Skills or Experience:
- Understanding of sales pipelines and lead nurturing
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Knowledge of B2B customer care best practices
- Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, emails)
- Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
- Previous internship in sales, customer service, or marketing
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark) for visuals
- Video editing (for promotional content)
- Understanding of SEO basics (keyword research, meta tags)
07. Setting Up as an Online Specialist
- A quiet workspace with reliable internet is essential.
- Equipment requirements: A large laptop (15”+) is preferred.
- Operating System: Windows 10 is required.
- Availability: Candidates must be able to adhere to training schedules and deadlines.

Application Process:

At any stage during the training, you may decide that this path is not the right fit for you, and you are free to discontinue. Likewise, we will maintain full transparency and inform you if we determine that you do not meet the required standards for the internship. However, you will still have the opportunity to complete the free training and benefit from the learning experience.
