Job Description
● Dealing and contacting with all Cecil’s international suppliers
● Handling all governmental institutions (GOEIC, Slamat Elgezaa' & ..)
● Receiving and revising all shipping documents.
● Following up and getting updates about our registered brands in GOEIC.
● Making Nafeza’s Excel Invoices.
● Dealing with freight forwarders.
● Support in the pricing process
● Make sure that the suppliers have all the requirements to be registered in Egypt.
● Responsible for the whole shipping process from sending the PO until we receive the shipment in our warehouse.
● Updating ISO and trademarks with GOEIC
Job Requirements
● Dealing With international suppliers.
● Dealing with freight forwarders.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Dealing with costume agencies.
● Responsible for registering brands in GOEIC.
● Fluent in English Language Written and spoken.
● Contract negotiation.
● Planning.
