Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Source materials, components, and equipment, required.
- Obtain price quotes, negotiate contracts, and issue purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to protect from risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to assess quality, delivery performance, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with inventory control and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, track stock levels, and ensure the availability of materials and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
- Analyze purchasing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce overall costs without compromising quality or service levels.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
- Very good command of Excel and MS Office Skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
