Job Description
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Track inventory and restock goods when needed
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
- Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
- Review supplier quotations to ensure accuracy and appropriateness and resolve any related issues.
- Negotiate with existing suppliers and source out potential new ones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
- 1 - 3 years solid experience.
- Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- The ability to communicate effectively.
- The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very Good in using Microsoft office Application.
