Supplier Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key suppliers.

Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance and Cross-functional Collaboration.
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes and resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
Define and prepare work packages for Mechanical/Static/Rotating Machinery & piping work in process units.
Manage assigned WO’s and backlog by priority and finish dates and perform detailed planning, scheduling, resources estimation and allocation, progress and performance reporting in complex process plant.
