Job Description
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Liaise with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and QA to align production with delivery commitments.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly to stakeholders.
- monitor the overall situation, including incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes and inventory issues.
- Collaborate with other departments and the management team to set production goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Textile background is preferred.
