Job Description
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Identify defects, record findings, and escalate issues to supervisors for corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing and following quality control procedures specific to carpets and rugs.
- Work closely with production teams to prevent and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and reports.
- Support compliance with international quality standards and certifications (ISO, OEKO-TEX, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in quality control within the rugs or carpets industry (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of weaving techniques, materials, and finishing processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent observational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field is a plus.
