Job Role :
Assist in preparing branches for opening. Work on increasing sales and profitability and reducing complaint rates. Conduct audit cycles to monitor and improve the department’s performance.
Job Description :
- Prepare new branches for opening by monitoring and managing the preparation of departments according to branch layout models. Ensure the application of the company’s brand standards.
- Establish quality items, policies, and procedures, explain them to employees and branch staff, train them on these procedures, and motivate them to follow them. Conduct internal monitoring and auditing across all departments to ensure the application of these procedures.
- Assist in achieving the sales and profit targets of the Fresh Food Department and work on reducing customer complaints by monitoring and improving product quality. Conduct audit cycles to monitor department performance and ensure there are no expired products in the branch.
- Collect and analyze customer complaints, classify them according to causes, and send them to branch managers to solve these issues and ensure they are not repeated to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain constant supervision over the safety and health of fresh food and ensure there are no expired products in the branch.
- Follow up on fresh food department orders and ensure managers comply with them to maintain the availability of products within the departments to increase sales.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Champions Program employees and ensure they carry out the required tasks to enhance the efficiency of the program and department performance.
- Conduct monthly visits to competitors to stay updated on the latest market developments.
- Ensure the application of all company policies and operational management guidelines.
- Apply food safety requirements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Veterinary, Microbiology or Food Science.
- 5 years of experience in food quality control or assurance (retail, supermarket, or FMCG sector preferred).
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
