Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of production lines to ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead internal and external audits with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
- Apply quality analysis tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Six Sigma) to identify root causes and drive improvements.
- Handle customer complaints analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train employees on quality and food safety systems.
- Evaluate suppliers through external audits and maintain the approved vendor list.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
- Solid experience in audits, compliance, and food safety systems.
- Professional certifications in quality systems are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
