Job Description
- Distributing daily work duties to members of subordinate groups, and following up on their implementation according to professional principles and required quality levels.
- Verifies the availability of materials and supplies at the appropriate times, follows up the movement of required materials and purchases what is necessary in coordination with the purchasing representative and the warehouse and movement departments.
- Follows up on new amendments to specifications and drawings in cooperation with the technical office engineer, and supervises the implementation of approved amendments and additions.
- Cooperates with technical support engineers to solve engineering problems that may hinder implementation, and supervises the implementation of the solutions that are reached.
- Studies the work problems of members of subordinate groups, and works to eliminate them within the framework of human resources management regulations and systems.
- Evaluates the performance of members of subordinate groups, identifies the professional development needs of each of them, and proposes appropriate incentives to raise performance levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in #Applied_Arts or Related Field.
- +3 -5 of experience in Workshop Engineer (Wood / Aluminum / Marble).
- Experience in Construction, (Industrial / residential).
- Very good in (AutoCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office).
- Excellent knowledge of Contracting companies’ workshops (wood / aluminum / marble).
- Time management skills and work planning.
- Knowledge of industrial construction
