Job Description
- Lead and supervise the technical office team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with design, site, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment across all project phases.
- Review and approve all technical drawings and documents to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and construction codes.
- Manage and update BOQs, technical reports, and material submittals.
- Ensure proper implementation of interior finishing standards and detailing on-site.
- Solve technical challenges and provide solutions during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports related to the technical office scope.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory technical office role.
- Strong knowledge of interior implementation, shop drawings, and project coordination.
- Excellent in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent understanding of contract documents, BOQs, specifications, and local construction codes.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
