Job Description

Oversee the development and refinement of product designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards.

Collaborate with R&D and design teams to optimize products for function, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing teams and resolve issues related to production processes and equipment.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements through quality control and assurance programs.

Maintain and update comprehensive technical documentation, including design files, manufacturing procedures, and compliance records.

Manage technical office operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team, organizing training and workshops to enhance technical capability and engagement.

Foster strong collaboration between technical, production, sales, and client-facing teams; prepare and present technical reports and insights to key stakeholders.

Drive continuous product improvement and innovation through monitoring of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related discipline).

10–15 years of progressive experience in a technical engineering role, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Background in manufacturing, preferably in HVAC, air quality, or sheet metal industries.

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Familiarity with PLM systems and quality management frameworks (ISO standards, Six Sigma, etc.).

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production equipment.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

 

Job Requirements

 

BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering

15 + years of 

Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and editing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit and Naviswork)

Responsibility, Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong team player in command communication with all stakeholders.

Strong Leadership and Collaborative skills.
