Job Description
Freelancer Civil Technical Office Engineer
- Design tender drawings of new projects verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
- create structure design of tender drawing Sab model verify there are no issues
- Prepare Civil shop drawing For Execution on site
- Prepare & update projects’ BOQs and calculating quantities with supporting drawings
- Resolve technical issues related to design and execution, and provide support to site teams
- Determine Cost Estimation for New BOQs
- Perform Site Visits to check on quality if needed
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree of civil engineering from a governmental University.
- demonstrates efficiency in completing our freelance assignments, ensuring they receive sustained priority until finalize
- To have 5-7 years of experience in technical office.
- Design Structure elements and create sab model
- Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, Word, SAB and Excel are a must.
- Knowledge of design standards, local codes and government regulations.
- Possession of great work ethics, high degree of integrity and willingness to put in the hours whenever needed.
