Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review accurate quantity take-offs for all project phases.
- Prepare, verify, and finalize subcontractors' payment certificates and monthly statements.
- Review executed site works and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams for material submittals and follow up on technical approvals.
- Manage material logs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare periodic technical reports and provide support to site teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical office roles within contracting companies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office,AutoCAD Structural Detailing and quantity surveying software.
- Strong knowledge of subcontractors' billing and contract review.
- Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with teams.
