Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers with candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment activities (Sourcing & Interviewing) in the Software/IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques, including competency-based interviewing (CBI).
- Experience in hiring in different ERP software tracks (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) is a great plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
