Job Description
- The e-commerce Manager is, in charge of an organization’s e-commerce division and report to the board of directors.
- E-commerce Manager, will handle decision-making for website design, budgeting, sourcing products, pricing, managing P&L.
- The e-commerce Manager will develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for the company. As such, must stay current with the online/digital marketing environment and adapt sales strategy to best serve the interests of the organization
- Presenting project designs to upper management to achieve an annual profitable financial and marketing plan as well as online advertising.
- Will also be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies.
- Create, Manage & execute plans for content, design & videos to enhance product sales.
- Analyzing traffic to study the effectiveness of marketing strategies for each client.
- Achieve Customer satisfaction and represent the company in a fantastic manner.
- Client interactions and monthly reporting.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and E-Commerce.
- A must have executed successful E-commerce plan and achieved targets
- Must reach expectations of sales plan implemented
- Target achievement oriented
- Collaborate with content developers, fellow businesses heads and customers on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce & Digital marketing.
- Previous experience in a retail is a must .
- Sound knowledge of website management and e-Commerce usability.
- Operational knowledge of techniques required for research and analysis.
- Experience in use of E-Commerce platforms as Magneto, Shopify, Woo commerce, Facebook and Instagram shops & google merchant.
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Excellent English..
- Leadership skills.
