About the Role
Genesis AI is on a mission to transform businesses through the power of emerging technologies and AI-driven innovation. We are seeking a versatile *Digital Marketing & Web Developer* to join our team in Cairo. This hybrid role combines expertise in digital marketing strategies and web development to drive online growth, enhance user experiences, and maintain our digital presence.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, email, content).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice.
- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and refine strategies.
- Grow and engage audiences on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Design and automate email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
- Write clean code for front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end (PHP, Python).
- Manage CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practices.
- Ensure website security and compliance with data protection standards.

Technical Skills:
- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and social media management.
- Web Development: Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, CMS, and frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in digital marketing *and* web development roles.
- Portfolio showcasing campaigns, websites, or relevant projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
