Job Description

Responsible for coordinating with schools to organize engaging sessions aimed at attracting students to apply to Zewail City by highlighting the university's unique advantages compared to other institutions. Actively participates in education exhibitions, school visits, and campus tours to promote Zewail City and increase prospective student interest.

  • Implement the university’s recruitment plan effectively and efficiently to attract qualified applicants.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update databases of applicants, school contacts, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of annual school visits, campus tours, and university fairs.
  • Assist in preparing and executing annual Open Day events for all university programs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the university and prospective applicants and their families.
  • Travel regionally to promote the university and its academic offerings.
  • Visit schools and engage with school counselors to build partnerships and increase outreach.
  • Coordinate and participate in community workshops, school retreats, and on-site admissions events.
  • Prepare reports and proposals; respond promptly to inquiries from applicants and external partners.
  • Meet and exceed targets related to school visits, campus tours, and prospective student engagement.
  • Handle inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Assist with managing incoming calls and admission-related emails.
  • Provide support to the Registrar team during peak registration periods.
  • Assist in various stages of the admissions process as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.
