Position Summary:
The SRO (Student Relations Office) Coordinator is responsible for executing and supporting student recruitment, admissions coordination, and frontline student services at Universities of Canada in Egypt. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and prospective applicants, the SRO Coordinator will ensure excellent customer service while assisting in lead generation, nurturing institutional relationships, and providing administrative support to Recruitment, Admissions, Finance, and Registrar teams.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, customer service, public relations, marketing, or student advising.
- Experience handling customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat platforms is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations abilities; tactful, diplomatic, and persuasive.
- Active listening and effective conflict resolution skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage with a diverse student population.
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data, student records, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems.
