Fridays are Off
Morning shift (10 am to 5 pm)
Evening shift (4 pm to 11 pm)
- **Patient Interaction:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
- Assist patients with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
- **Data Entry and Management:**
- Accurately input patient information, including payment history and transaction details, into the clinic’s management system.
- Track customer behavior regarding payment methods, frequency, and outstanding balances to inform financial strategies.
- **Appointment Scheduling:**
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, optimizing clinic resources for maximum efficiency.
- Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as necessary.
- **Financial Processing:**
- Handle billing inquiries and payment collections, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain records of payment histories to assist in tracking customer behavior related to financial interactions.
- **Customer Experience Enhancement:**
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights that can influence media buying campaigns based on customer behavior patterns.
- **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain organized patient records and filing systems.
