Job Description
- Assist in the management of the supply chain process by coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, procurement, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and supplier information in the ERP system.
- Participate in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or other supply chain disruptions.
- Provide support and insights during the development of forecasts to meet production demands.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement and supply chain activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.
