Job Description
- Source and Evaluate Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organization’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate Terms and Contracts: Request quotes, negotiate pricing, and establish terms and conditions for purchases and contracts.
- Prepare Purchase Documentation: Create and issue purchase orders, procurement contracts, and related documentation in line with company policies.
- Monitor Supplier Performance: Track and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and resolving any issues or disputes.
- Ensure Quality Compliance: Inspect and assess the quality of incoming goods or services, addressing non-conformities or delivery issues promptly.
- Manage Inventory Needs: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate timely replenishment of materials or products.
- Support Project Procurement: Work closely with project teams to understand procurement needs, timelines, and specifications.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Analyze market trends and cost drivers to support the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans.
- Maintain Procurement Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, and procurement activities.
- Ensure Policy Compliance: Adhere to internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with market conditions, new products, and supplier innovations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business administration, supply chain management, project coordination, ERP, and procurement systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Skilled in business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems, and ERP.
- Preferred experience using Odoo ERP system.
- Ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to complete tasks within critical deadlines.
- Comfortable working with various software programs (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, email, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
