The Operations team plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient healthcare service delivery at Eshfaa
We are looking for a committed Operations Officer to join our dynamic team!
Your role will include:
- Supporting case management and care coordination.
- Following up on patient requests and operations flow.
- Handling digital tools and daily workflows.
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Nasr City.
Job Requirements
- Medical background.
- Age between 22 to 35 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient case management.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with case flow and digital healthcare platforms.
- Nasr City residents preferred.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
