Job Description
· Using specialist tools to extract the data needed
· Responding to data-related queries and keeping track of these
· Analysing data to identify trends
· Researching new ways to make use of data
· Presenting and interpreting reports to clients (Fully in English)
· Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to non-specialists
· Presenting information generated from data to clients and managers.
· Set up and maintain automated data processes
· Produce and track key performance indicators
· Develop and support reporting processes
· Monitor and audit data quality
· Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
· Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
· Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data
· Manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer's business
· Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools or CRM
· Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations
· Provide sector and competitor benchmarking

· Knowledge of data analysis tools - you don't need to know all of them at entry level, but you should show advanced skills in Excel and the use of at least one relational database
· Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
· The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
· The ability to carry out data quality control, validation, and linkage
· An understanding of data protection issues
· The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
· The ability to work both as a team and independently
· Technological and computer knowledge
· Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations
· An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning
Software Skills Requirements
The candidate must be expert / qualified in using the following tools / software:
Microsoft Office 365 (Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Teams - SharePoint)
Diagramming tools, such as SmartDraw
CRM, such as ClickUp - Monday or any similar platform
Other Requirements:
The candidate must have access to an equipped desk with a fast broadband at all times.
