Job Description

Join CASA One Residential is looking for a FEMALE agent to be part of a dynamic Real Estate Investment Company with a collective experience of 15 years! We're currently on the lookout for a Foreclosure Lead Manager to join our team.

As a Foreclosure Lead Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our foreclosure acquisitions pipeline and collaborating with our acquisitions team. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with homeowners experiencing foreclosure in our CRM, both new and existing, to offer them assistance and guidance, foster relationships, maintain communication, and coordinate appointments for our foreclosure specialist team to speak with them or meet them in person. Sales experience, especially in real estate, is preferred for this role but not required.

Your responsibilities extend to contacting homeowners and relatives of homeowners who are going through foreclosure via phone calls, text messages and emails.  We provide them with options to either cancel, postpone or sell their property. This entails an in depth understanding of the foreclosure process, a daily review and analysis of county clerk court records, property values, email marketing campaigns and overseeing the leads in our CRM Importantly, you'll be involved in organizing the CRM and diligently following up with potential sellers, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process to create meaningful relationships. Job Requirements

Fluent English speaker with impeccable communication skills.

Understand people dynamics and the sales process.

Previous experience in Real Estate Sales and Acquisitions being a valuable asset.

Tech-savvy – proficiency in software like Excel and CRMs such as Salesforce or Monday.

Familiarity with Real Estate Listing Platforms like ReSimpli, Propstream, Zillow or similar tools for analyzing real estate deals.
