Job Description

What you’ll be doing:
-Represent Hoffen and become the single point of contact with the customers.
-Conduct F2F meetings with customers.
-Provide technical consultation for the customers.
-Manage Customer relations.
-Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
-Interact with the customer for product offering, and brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
-Presentations.
-Prepare Sales meeting report.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective customer support, promptly responding to sales inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise.
-Prepare administrative documentation for tenders, formulate proposals, and present them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
-Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.

 

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree.
-Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to read room plans and measure dimensions.
-Market Research Skills.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
-Good at prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
*Social media marketing experience is a plus*
