Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Department Coordinator at Naseej. The Department Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day department operations, coordinating projects, communicating with team members, and supporting department leaders. Additionally, the Department Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and technology landscape is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Has good knowledge using MS Dynamics 365 ERP system.
  • Fluent English Language
